Oh my dear friend, I was so shocked to hear of your passing. When I last saw you, I knew something was wrong, but you just wanted to make sure I was ok. That is so like you, thinking of others before yourself. You were a great friend and a wonderful co-worker. You always will have a very special place in my heart. Thanks for the wonderful memories. Dear ones, I was so sorry to read of John;s passing. I didn't really know John pesonally but knew him from Swanson's store. I'll bet he had some good stories of his work in the grocery business. Please know you are all in my thought's and prayer's.

Growing up next door and sharing our families will always be among my most treasured memories. The snow adventures in the winter, the garden chores and swimming in the summer and the beach adventures as we got old enough to drive ourselves. You are my fifth brother. I am so happy for you to be free of the burdens and so sad for those that loved you having to let you go. My heart is with your family. Until we meet again.

John, my dear brother and friend, I can't believe you have been taken from us so soon. But I have all the happy memories to remember you by and keep you close in my heart. We had the best childhood and family times growing up that any kid could ever dream to have.....if only to go back again. Then after being away a few years I came back and was lucky enough to get to work with you at Swansons and see you every day. There are to many memories to mention them all, but they will always be with me. I will Love you always and miss you until we are together again. Your sister Peggy

My dear brother. I remember when you were born. Your hair was so blond. Helping you learn to walk, taking care of you as if you were my own. Camping and fishing trips, clam digging and all the family gatherings. All the wonder things we shared as a close family does.
