Obituary of Martha Anne Bouchey

Martha Ann Bouchey, 88, of Shelton, WA. passed away, July 21, 2016 at her home alongside her husband Clare (Frenchy) Bouchey who never left her side. Martha was born December 12, 1927, in McDonald County, MO the daughter of Josh and Flossie Morgan. She received her high school education at Rocky Comfort High School in MO. She married her high school sweetheart before losing him to ALS, but not before being blessed with a son, Clovis Rodgers Jr. Martha was fortunate to have a second chance at true love when she married Frenchy Bouchey on July 9, 1994. Martha's love for her family, friends and associated clubs kept her busy most of her adult life. She worked alongside Dr. Lynn White D.D.S. for 35 years. She was a member of the Shelton Moose Lodge for 46 years and participated in several square dancing clubs such as the Salty Sashes, Dudes & Dolls and Square One. Martha was also a charter member of the Freedom Baptist Church and an avid sponsor of the Make-A-Wish Foundations for many years following the death of great grandson. She is survived by her husband Frenchy Bouchey; son Clovis Rodgers Jr.; grandchildren, Tracie (Chad) Wilcox; Marty Rodgers; great grandchildren, Ariel Brown, Corey & Nicole Wilcox Siblings; Bonnie (Dan) Clark. Martha was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Oscar and Junior, great grandson Jordan Brown and great niece Donna Anderson.
