My mom and you would always go on walks down the canal early in the morning and eventually I joined in. It was always so peaceful that time of day, watching the horses run by, and listening to you two talk. You always had such a beautiful way of looking at the world and especially through words! Speech was like a treasure and weapon all at the same time and I will always remember that because of you. When we walked there were no walls put up and we all trusted each other. I will forever miss you but I know you went home to the lord :heart:

When I first got your phone number, and called you was so good. I recall you saying it was pouring rain, and I imagined you standing in the rain in the phone with a rainbow umbrella! I also thought wow her voice is so single and angelic! Also at that moment realized the reason Cj and I were both so passionate about whatever it was we were talking about. Genetics are so interesting was all I could think, but also couldn't believe I was talk to you! Live you!:kissing_heart::heart_eyes:

I've only recently discovered of Daphne's passing last November. :-( She was my best buddy from 6th grade on and while our lives went off in different directions in high school and beyond and we had sporadic contact as adults, she has always been such a dear person to me... a free spirit... creative, curious, adventurous, insightful, kind, nurturing, loyal. There is no one like her. The world will never be quite as bright, knowing she no longer walks among us... but I know her spirit soars. <3

finish my story. Sorry for all the typos. did it on my cell phone.Using the Library computer to day. Okay back to story: I was born in Oakland. No more then 10 miles away as the crow flies. Your a home Girl. I felt in my my blood. I always said we were meant to met. We were dropped at this location so close, and relatively the same same time frame. Your a lady so your allowed to stretch the truth on the age. Hell I always believed it. You were simply a Littlle Girl to me. A brat at time,but always within you tolerance. Love you Marian. See you when I get home.

It was I think the second Saturday of Febuaryy 2014. I got off earlY around 10.:00 am, the weather was brisk and some what ridgrt yet th Sun was out excusing the tempature. I wanted to do ssomeyhing off the wall.so I said. the hell with and just took off.We drove to Fort Lewis and stopped at the Cemetary. You adkednme why did we stop here! Because my Grandffather is Buried here.You saud Oh, I showed uou the site: the etire time you were acting like a child in an amusement park. I thought you. were charming. Which gave me the idea for the next stop.POINT DEVIANCE ZOO.. THE USUAL. Here wr had the usual selection of animals with. Exception of the Tiger. Here we spent some time watching this. Crreature prance back and forth,, all the while plotting his possible excape. Then a quick bite at the Snack Bar. Of course you chose Pizza snd what to drink. Mine was Coke, but uou ssid, no.Im pretty. Im pretty syre you had a water. I was then thinking:,oh great a Natualist! But you wernt.vjustva healthy eater .Turned out to be one the healthest id ever cone.across..Took us about 1 1/2 hrs getting back home . We talked effortlessly about everything.Even talked about about being lost in time back in Betkeley.You were born there, snd I was born
