Obituary of Sally Jolien Graham

Sally Jolien Graham, 75, of Shelton, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, April 25, 2017, in Shelton. Sally was born May 21, 1941 in Bremerton, Washington to the late Leslie and late Ellen (Stoddard) Hickam. She married Billy Gene Graham Feb. 12, 1960 in Shelton. She was a homemaker and also spent many years as a cook for Hood Canal School. Sally was an avid reader who enjoyed crocheting, playing cards and dice games, spending time with family and friends and rooting on the Seattle Mariners. She was preceded in death by her daughter Deborah Ellen Graham; brother Dallas Hickam; sisters Elsie “Midge” (Hickam) Townsend and Lyda (Hickam) Cronquist. Survivors include husband Billy Graham, daughter Tracy (Graham) Johnson and son and daughter-in-law William and Barb (Fogo) Graham, all of Shelton; granddaughter and grandson-in-law Miranda (Graham) and David Elliott, of Ada, Oklahoma; grandson Dallas Graham, of Spokane; grandchildren Alicia Johnson, Alexandria Birdsong, Mariah Graham, Glen, Brian and Alysha Bray, all of Shelton; great grandchildren Serena and Silas Elliott, of Ada, Oklahoma, and Harmony Birdsong-Langer, of Shelton; a brother and sister-in-law Ronald “Billy” and Mary Hickam, of McCleary; sister Judy (Hickam) Mcaulay, of Shelton; sister and brother-in-law Candy (Hickam) and George Pauley, of Shelton; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and best friends Sandy Carney and Stevie Krause, both of Union. A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, May 20, from 2-5 p.m. at the Union Fire Hall, located at 3rd & Seattle St. in Union, Washington.
