Christopher Wheeler

Obituary of Christopher Jason Wheeler

Christopher J. Wheeler born May 16th 1977, of Elma, Washington passed away peacefully after a short fight with medical complications. He was one of four children born to Walter J. and Barbara L. Wheeler. The eldest of the four, Lorrie Wheeler, was lost at eighteen years old and forever impacted the loving dynamic of the family. Christopher will always be remembered and loved by his parents, two brothers Jeffery and Paul Wheeler, sister-in-law Jen Wheeler, lifelong friend and brother Scott Wright, three nieces Lori, Rylee and Zoe Wheeler and two nephews Elijah and Jaxon Wheeler, along with many close friends who were blessed to know him. Chris was an amazing example of how to love people unconditionally, beyond their faults and shortcomings. He was always smiling and making others laugh with his outrageous sense of humor. He loved sports, camping, listening to music, spending time with people, and all things Irish. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on January 25that 2pm at Gateway Christian Fellowship, 405 S. 7th St. Shelton, WA. We will be celebrating him by wearing jerseys and colors for his favorite sports teams, Kansas City Chief and Notre Dame Fighting Irish. I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I’d like to leave an after glow of smiles when life is done. I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, Of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I’d like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave when life is done
