I met Bob when I was 15 years old. He was my favorite teacher's husband but as I grew to know him over the years, his quiet strength always comforted me. Even though Bob was a calm and quiet person, he still showed such love and compassion for others. He was kind and accepting of all of us kids who made their way through their home. It humbles me to have known such a wonderful man and to have had his presence in my life.
