I met Mark and his partner Bob more than a decade ago at Olympia Unitarian Universalist Congregation (OUUC). After Bob died, we still saw Mark at OUUC until maybe a year ago, the last time. When I realized that I had not seen Mark for quite a while, I wondered how he was doing, but I regret to say I did not call and check on him. Then I heard on 1 Oct. that he had died on 25 September. His family has my deep sympathy for his loss. We will miss him at OUUC too: He was such a bright, upbeat personality.
