Obituary of Mary Fay Morgan
In loving memory of my mother, Mary Fay Morgan, she journeyed home on October 19, 2017. Mary was born to Joseph and Josephine (Erickson) Morgan on September 18, 1943 in Seattle, Washington. Later her parents moved to Port Angeles where Mary grew up.
Mary moved and went to school in Springfield, Illinois were she also helped run a book publishing company for many years until the business had to close. At that time she relocated back to Seattle, Washington.
She will always be remembered for her love, kindness, strength in fairness and equality. Mary always had a special place in her heart for her brother Marvin Lesure who had special needs. Mary loved her dogs and enjoyed watching and feeding the deer each morning.
Mary was a wonderful and caring mother and I love her very much. She was always there for me even in times of crisis and she never complained. I love you so much! And mommy you will be missed so very much!
Mary Fay Morgan is survived by her daughter, Angela Johnson, her grandson, Trevor Johnson. She is survived by numerous brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
There will be a Celebration of Mary’s Life on October 28, 2017 at 1:00pm at Matlock Community Church. Followed by a potluck reception, to share memories and stories of Mary’s life.
