I remember grandma loved her Tina Turner, Michael Jackson, Bruce Springsteen and painting her beautiful long nails. Maybe that’s where my love of music, rhythm and getting my nails done comes from. I remember when she came to visit us in Arkansas around 2000 it had been about 8 years since I had seen her she came with Aunt Carolynn to go to the Gruver reunion in Lamar, Mo she told me she always had wanted a tattoo of a rose so dark blue that it was almost black....I made sure she got that tattoo on her upper arm before she left Arkansas to head back home to Oregon. I have so many memories and stories of her. I will miss her so much. I love you grandma.
