Obituary of Susan C Kennedy

Susan C. Kennedy, passed quietly April 2, 2018 in Olympia Washington. She was born October 1, 1934 to Harold and Carol Kennedy in Shelton. Susan graduated from Mills College and spent her professional career in the fashion industry including: Saks 5th Avenue in New York, and Hudson's Department Store in Detroit. After retirement, Susan and her longtime companion, Dorothy Madison, travelled widely. But Susan never lost her connection with the Shelton area in retirement, spending summers in the family home on Oakland Bay and later Panorama City. A graveside service is planned for Shelton Memorial Park April 30, 2018 at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Mason General Hospital Foundation, in Shelton, Washington in honor of Susan's father, Dr. Harold Kennedy. Graveside Service at Shelton Memorial Park April 30th, 10am. Attendees are welcome to join in a meal after at Sisters Restaurant, down town Shelton, Washington at 11am.
