Obituary of Clare O Bouchey
I’m Free!
Don’t grieve for me, for long last I’m free
I’m following the path God has laid for me.
I took His hand when I heard His precious call
I turned my back and with one small tear,
Left it all.
I could not stay another day
To laugh, to love, to work, to play.
Tasks (wood carvings) left undone must stay that way
I truly found peace at the close of that one last day.
If my parting has left a void
Then fill it with ‘remembered’ joy.
A relationship, a true friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss
Oh yes, these things I too will miss!
Be not burdened with times of sorrow
I wish you all the sunshine of tomorrow.
My life’s been full, I savored much
Good friends, good times, (good dances), a loved one’s touch
Though 94 years wasn’t too brief
Don’t lengthen it now for good grief!
Lift up your hearts and peace to thee
God wanted me now…..
Thank you God for setting me free
Forever in Our Hearts..
