Just now saw this, she was so very sweet! She lived next door to us on the Hood Canal for just a few short years but sold to return to help with her ailing husband, William on the other side of the Sound. While she was my neighbor I had two young children about 3 and 5 and she was like an adopted Grandmother to them. She even made them an Easter type basket one year with Edfie Bauer outfits which were adorable. She was so easy to talk to and I wish she and her husband had been able to live next door in the retirement home they helped design on the Hood Canal-if only he had not become ill.
My condolences for your loss-even though late in sharing I still wanted to share.
