Bill was one of my favorite managers and bosses at McDonald's for years. He cared a lot about people. If he caught someone sneaking a cigarette on break, he would come right out and ask, "Do you really need that?" I will always have great respect for my boss and manager. He could always tell if one of his crew.....yes, myself included, might start slacking off from time to time. When he told me to get to work, I got back to work! My love and prayers are with the family. Bill will be greatly missed.
