So vibrant, so happy, so caring, so smart. The world is more than a little bit worse off for the loss of Sheila. I cannot imagine what you folks must be going through. I am so sorry to hear the news, and I will always remember coach Sheila.

More than shocking to read Sheila’s obituary this morning. I met Sheila in Mountaineers and was her tent-partner hiking the Wonderland Trail around Mt. Rainier August, 1994. The last time I saw her she was bicycling around Capitol Lake! Our sincerest condolences. Bill and Joy Justis

Sheila was a year ahead of me in high school. She was a good friend of my sister, Judy. My best memories of her were her always kind smile and superb intelligence. I am sure she makes a beautiful angel.
