I am very saddened to learn Norval has passed. I worked with him at the Department of Agriculture and realized early on what a truly remarkable man he was. He lead a Christian life and was an inspiration to all he met. He truly made the world both a better and more beautiful place in many different ways. My heart and prayers go out to Yvonne and family. Those who were privileged to know Norval will always remember him as the model for living the ten commandments.
