Obituary of Joanna Ruby Fuller

Joanna (Ruby) Whitener-Fuller, passed away on June 26, 2019 after battling Parkinson’s disease for nearly forty years. Ruby was born in Shelton, WA. on March 24, 1941 to Percy and Ethel Whitener. Ruby worked for multiple local agencies and retired from the Squxian Island Tribe as the executive administration assistance. Ruby enjoyed the outdoors, camping, horseback riding in the Olympics and traveling to Hawaii, Mexico and Alaska. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Shelby West, siblings David, Martha and Mary and husbands Roy West and Dennis Fuller. She survived by her sons Tracy and Mark West, grandchildren Stephanie Myers, Brandon, Justin and Michael West. Great Grandchild Emma, Luke and Lorelai.
