So sorry to hear of Dan's passing today! He and I shared 8 great years at St. George's Grade School! Had spoken to him on and off over the years and as noted in his obituary, he was always upbeat and positive!
Our condolences to the family during this time. We wil keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
Respectfully,
Terry and Sandy Thomas

We knew and laughed with Dan over many years of cycling at the Y. Fond memories of the “When I’m 64 sing/dance party at our place. And tasting his Italian Sausages at his. Miss his exuberance already. Peace and love, Mardi Clements and David Allen

It was shocking to learn of Dan’s passing. How could a man who lived life with such gusto, a man whose presence would light up the room, a man who had a smile and conversation for everyone he would meet, possibly be gone?
Dan was always ready with a story. Sometimes I think we spent more time chatting at the Y than we did working out! Anyone who knew Dan knows how much he loved people. His manna was being with people and conversation. And in turn, Dan was medicine for many of us. It was fun being with Dan. There was a bit more spring in my walk, after being in his presence.
And I particularly enjoyed talking to Dan about Italy, food and restaurants Three subjects we both loved.
I’ll miss that guy. But the memory of Dan will always remain with me. He had a lot to offer.
My sincere condolences to Dan’s family.
