Obituary of Monika Connally

Monika Connally December 21, 1942 - September 09, 2020 Monika Connally passed away in the comfort of her home, on September 09, 2020, surrounded by her loved ones, after a very short illness. She was born on December 21, 1942 in Berlin, Germany. She married her soulmate Tom Connally on August 24, 1985. Monika was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother (Omi) who cherished her children and grandchildren. She was a hard-working Roo Lan Healthcare employee for over 38 years. She shared her compassion, friendship, generosity and love for co-workers and residents every single day. She is preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Puder and Granddaughters: Shannon Connally and Brianna Connally. She is survived by her husband Tom Connally, Sons: Tracy Connally (Tami Connally), Kelly Connally (Brita Connally) Daughter Manuela McKinstry (Tom McKinstry). Her Grandchildren: Kayla, Shawnee, Jamie, Erin, Jayde, Kyndal, Ciara, and Lisa and many great grandchildren along with many other family and friends. Monika was known as Omi, Mommika, Omikins, Mom, beloved wife, friend, nurse, foot care assistant, and amazing friend. Omi treasured her beloved husband Tom Connally. She was an outstanding, one of a kind woman who touched the lives of everyone she met with her unconditional love, support, kindness, and generosity. She will be tremendously missed by many. A Celebration of Life for Monkia will be held at a later time, due to COVID restrictions. The cremation is being handled by McComb & Wagner of Shelton.
