Obituary of Randall S Waylett
Randall S. Waylett, of Shelton passed away on December 4, 2020 at home surrounded by his loved ones.
Randall was born in Bellingham WA to Stanley and Minerva Waylett on December 17, 1944. He graduated from Meridian High School in Bellingham, but attended Shelton schools until his Senior year.
He married Teena Uhl on June 1, 1968 in Albuquerque, NM. He worked for Simpson Timber Company for 30 years holding various positions.
He served in the Airforce from 1964-1968. He was a member of Shelton Foursquare Church, where he served in many positions.
Randall is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Ardella Keith.
Randall is survived by his wife of 52 years, Teena Waylett (Shelton) three children Amos (Alyson) Waylett of Union. Randi (Dan) Harwood of Everett and Ben (Kari) Waylett of Shelton. Eight grandchildren: Chris, Carrington, Clairee Waylett of Union, Madison, Kole, Parker Harwood of Everett, Easton, Kena Waylett of Shelton And, we can't forget about his sweet little Katie, his beloved dog...
For Randy God was number 1 and family was number 2. He brought a lot of laughter to the people around him and always had a joke in his back pocket to dish out. In his last weeks of life he made sure his family how much he loved them and that he was very proud of the people they have become.
His celebration of life will be held at a later date. His remains will be interred at Tahoma National Cemetery. We'll see you here, there or in the air. Gone but never forgotten.
