OBITUARY OF Thomas “Pappy” Connally November 26, 1938 - March 30, 2021 Thomas “Pappy” Connally passed away in the comfort of his home after a short illness on March 30, 2021. He was surrounded in love and comfort by his family. Thomas was born on November 26, 1938 in Port Townsend, WA. He married his soulmate Monika Connally on August 24, 1985. He was an adoring loving husband, father, and grandfather. He treasured his family and friends. He loved his children and grandchildren emounsly. He was a very hard working man and spent over 30 years at Pacific Log Scaling and Grading Bureau before retiring to spend more time with those he cherished. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, spending time in the outdoors, watching his grandchildren's sporting events, and loved taking his family on adventures. He is preceded in death by his wife, Monika Connally, his mother, Ione (Goodrich) Orner and Granddaughters: Brianna Connally and Shannon Connally. He is survived by his brother Herb Mathews, sister Betty Gray, sons: Tracy Connally (Tami Connally) and Kelly Connally (Brita Connally), his grandchildren: Cindy, Ciara, Kayla, Shawnee, Jamie, Erin, Jayde, Kyndal, and great grandchildren: Jade, Jordyn, Owen, and Finnley, along with many other family and friends. He was an amazing, kind, generous man that left a mark on so many hearts. Pappy will be missed immeasurably by so many. A Celebration of Life will be held in May, due to COVID restrictions. The cremation is being handled by McComb & Wagner of Shelton. The family encourages all to visit the tribute page and share their favorite stories and pictures on the McComb & Wagner site.
