Fred David Smith was our father. No one informed us about him passed away. My young sister, Mishell and I, Penny just found out today and we are disappointed. Hope he passed away without any pain or suffering. About 5 or 6 years ago, we finally met our father after 27 years! It was most wonderful moments we ever got together!
