Sorry to hear of Dennis’s passing. I worked with him for many years with him for the City of Tacoma.
One of my coworkers mentioned about our time with Dennis and said “ He never angered anyone and never said anything bad about anyone”. Not many people live that way. He was a good guy and will be remembered well.
