My sincere condolences to the family and friends of Cathy Cardinal. I was very surprised to hear about her passing. Cathy and her mother, Dorothy, were my neighbors for over 30 years. I rarely had a chance to talk to Cathy, but we faithfully exchanged Christmas cards every year. She was a very kind and friendly person and my neighborhood simply will not be the same with that big, empty house there. God Bless from Peggy Wilford.
