Vern Morgus was my Jr High Shop Teacher, Scuba Diving Instructor & Mentor. He taught me how to use a Lathe, Dive to 125 feet n Respect our Land & Wildlife. His warm hearty laugh was infectious n his Guitar/Harmonica playing was wonderful. He allowed me to be a Dive Assistant when I was only 14 and trust me it was 'The Best' time for a teenager. I missed the launching of his beautiful boat that sailed him around the world, but I did sand the inside at it's early stages. Noting but Great Memories!
