Kenneth W. Gillespie (Kenny) left this world suddenly and unexpectedly on October 11, 2022, taking with him, the hearts of many. Kenny, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away at the age of 55 in Shelton, Washington.

Kenneth was born on January 31st, 1967, in Buffalo, Minnesota to Tom and Joni Gillespie; Kenneth was the youngest of 8.

Kenny valued family and was always the life of the gathering. Kenny’s generous spirit and nature was second to none, and he will be sorely missed! Kenny worked at various jobs throughout his life however; in the spring of 2022, Kenny started a new career path as a Tribal Gaming Agent at Little Creek Casino and Resort; he was very proud of his job, and thoroughly enjoyed dressing up nicely with a tie every day.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Stacee and her son Sam, his daughter’s; Melissa Horton (Chris Horton) and Karina Burns (Andy Green), his sons; Thomas and Joseph Gillespie, his twelve grandchildren; Susie, Christopher, Alexis, Tristyn, Caleb, MaKaylah, Dominic, Whitney, Colton, Carter, Ashtyn and Sophia, his parents; Tom and Joni Gillespie, his brother’s; Robert Gillespie and David Gillespie, his sisters; Kim Glaser, Michelle Elliott, Sherri Hehn, and his twin sister Kathy Craigen, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends that love him dearly.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his brother, John Gillespie.

A memorial service will be held for Kenneth on Saturday, November 12th, 2022, at 1:00 pm at, Little Creek Casino Resort, 91 W State Route 108, Shelton, WA 98584.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations for Stacee, and/or that you strive to carry on Kenny’s kind and generous nature.
