Willie Jefferson Cuzick, Jr.


Wiley was born on June 22, 1946, to Willie (Bill) Sr. and Eva (Bearden) Cuzick in Shelton, WA and passed away peacefully, in his home, on March 28th, 2024.


Wiley joined the US Army, as a young man, in 1969. He was honorably discharged in 1971 as a Sergeant E5 and received a bronze medal for his heroism in the Vietnam War. He was born and raised in Shelton, WA. He worked in the woods and logging industry for over 50 yrs and drove logging truck for more than 40 of those yrs.


Wiley was a hard-working man and a man of his word. He loved his children, family and friends. He enjoyed his local Eagle #3862 club and 40et8 Veterans club.


Wiley's oldest daughter, Johanna Cuzick, passed before him in 2023 but he is survived by his spouse Terri Lynn; daughters Lisa Brocius and Jessyca Cuzick; son Jamie Cuzick; step children Nathan and Angela Hickson, Sarah and Jason Deemer and Brenton Smith; brother and sister-in -law Donny and Gigi Cuzick; granddaughters Jami Sorensen Trujillo, Lindsey Brocious, Jazlyn Lix, Haley Hickson, Kylie Hickson, Emilee Smith and Emma (Rosy) Hickson; grandsons David (Joey) Brocious and Ethan (Red) Hickson; great grandchildren Christopher (Bubba) Sorenson Trujillo, Braelyn (Sweet Pea) Hollingshead and Jawzlynn (Yaya) Cruise; ex-wives Linda Deyette and Marlene Cuzick; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Wiley will be remembered always and remain forever in our hearts.


A Celebration of Life will be held at the Shelton, WA Eagle #3862 club, on June 22nd, 2024 at 1pm. Potluck to follow.
