Obituary
Obituary of Ronald Wehrwein
Please share a memory of Ronald to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Ronald Wehrwein, age 68, passed away on October 20, 2024 due to complications
from liver failure. He was born on March 29, 1956 in Seattle, Washington to Bud &
June Wehrwein.
Life was never boring with Ron, he was the life of the party!! Ron would make you
laugh until your stomach hurt, then he would come back with another joke which
made the first joke even funnier, there was never a dull moment or lack of laughter
when he was around.
Ron had a zest for life and always chose to find the positive in everything, even
during difficult times he seemed to make it better with his smile, laugh and of
course, another joke! He had a way to make you feel that you were the most
important person in his life.
He was funny, entertaining, creative and full of ideas, you never knew what he was
going to come up with next. Whether it was something he built from scratch, or an
invention in the making.
He enjoyed watching movies and playing the guitar and harmonica. He loved his
property in Shelton and was always starting new projects, even if the previous
projects were not completed. It was on to the next as Ron would say.
Ron was a journeyman electrician for many years until he retired.
He is survived by his brother Chip and Susan. His family and friends meant the
world to Ron, especially his nieces and nephews, whom he always bragged about.
Ron was a rare combination of someone who had a love of life and a firm
understanding of what was important – the simplicity of living a life with those you
love. He will be missed by many.
