Billy was a really good friend to me and my family. I'm Barbara Wilson (Brehmeyer for many years and maiden name Owen). My family moved to Matlock in the fall of 1962. Billy and Bobby Oien were the first set of twins in our 7th and 8th grade class. Carol and I were the second. After I married my husband and I moved to Matlock in 1971 and Billy was our neighbor. Our kids grew up together and we were close friends. Billy was a good man and a wonderful neighbor.
