Obituary of Chris Allen Hickson

Chris Allen Hickson, 59, of Tacoma, died of cancer Sept. 22, 2013. He was born in Matlock on Feb. 27, 1954, to Allen Martin Hickson and Betty Jane Remsberg. Chris worked as a logging yarder engineer. He loved music, especially The Beatles, hunting, fast cars, dancing, “just having a good time” and being with family. Chris is survived by his brothers, John and Rick; sisters, Kathleen Stienke and Linda Brush; and his daughter, Kristie. He was preceded in death by his father and mother and brothers, Charles and William. Service will be at 3 p.m. Sept. 27 at McComb & Wagner Funeral Home & Crematory. Arrangements are by McComb & Wagner Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
