What a terrible shock for all our family, especially for Daniel.
Natural loving mom/grandma! she was, the first to hold our granddaughter on day one out of the hospital.
Sandy, no doubt you are already in the presence of God.Â
We love you and miss you very much.
Juan

Such a huge and sudden loss. Sandy, my sister-in-law, was always so supportive and caring, and she made my brother so very, very happy. Her parting leaves such a big hole in all our lives and especially in my brother Daniel's, her daughters and her grandchildren, with whom she was so very close. Rest in peace, Sandy, and know you are deeply loved.

Daniel, My heart and my condolences go out to you. I always enjoyed running into Sandra at the post office or the store or the sidewalk and having a conversation with her. In my last conversation with her at the post office she mentioned you were acting again locally and that made you happy. God Bless You!

Dear Dan and family of Sandy, My heart broke as I was told of Sandy's sudden passing. I found out late, it was last night while attending the Living Stones Prison Worship at WCC when I heard, thus, too late to attend her memorial. Sandy had attended the Living Stones worship service a few times and enjoyed it so very much. She and I got acquainted 4 months ago over lunch at the Olympic Bakery. I needed someone to help me at the Clothing Closet at WCC and Sandy offered to help me out. I know she was in the process of getting her Red Badge for volunteering, but she came in with me at least 4-5 times as a visiting volunteer; what an amazing and beautiful woman. I looked forward to having her back there with me this Tuesday, January 7. She will be sadly missed by me and by the men she helped so much. The men of Living Stones were heartbroken to hear of her passing, as was I. We all loved her so much and talked about how cute she was with her little stool and mile high personality!! The men dedicated the service to dear Sandy and sang a lovely song they chose just for her, now their Angel!! I cannot remember the title of the song they chose for her,but it was beautiful and there were silent heartfelt tears in reflection of her huge heart! We will keep you in our prayers Dan and would like to get together sometime after you have had your time of grief. My husband David and I live in Grapeview, not too far from your place in Harstene. In fact David ran into you and Sandy at the downtown Safeway not too long ago. May the comfort and Peace of our Lord be with you all. Pam and David Deacon-Joyner
