I will miss our Monday and Thursday visits. I looked forward to them. She probably didn't know it, but she had become my closest friend during this time in my life. I will miss Janet's wit, wisdom, sincereness, and generosity. She told me I would be with her till the end, and she was right. I'm honored to have been able to do that.

Over the past several years, I was blessed to develop a very close bond with my dear friend, Janet. We weathered many storms with long talks, coffee, stories, dealing with health issues, many day trips and so much laughter. Our friendship was a 2-way street. Goodbye to ‘the Bear’ and ‘Eeyore’-I will always have a cherished spot in my heart for Janet.
